Refund Policy

This policy applies to OneFrame Pro, a USD $9 one-time license sold by MiniPro. Free has no charge, so it is not refundable. There is no subscription. Memolin refunds follow the policy on memolin.app.
When we refund
- You ask at support@minipro.co within 7 days of purchase.
- We confirm a material defect or that we cannot provide the Service. There is no time limit in that case.
When we do not refund
- More than 7 days have passed and there is no material defect
- Issues caused by your macOS settings, missing permissions, or an unsupported environment
- A lost license key. We can resend it.
Digital goods
OneFrame is delivered by download. There is nothing to ship back. Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe. FX differences and card-issuer fees are not refunded unless the law requires it.
