Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to the OneFrame macOS app and this website (the “Service”) provided by MiniPro (“we”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Other MiniPro products, such as Memolin, are governed by their own terms.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern all use of the Service between you and us.
2. Definitions
- “User” means a person or organization that uses the Service.
- “Pro” means the one-time paid license we offer.
- “Third-party services” means Stripe and our software-update delivery.
3. Formation
A contract is formed when you start using the Service. Pro becomes effective when checkout is completed.
4. Fees
- Pro is a USD one-time purchase. There is no subscription or auto-renewal.
- Prices and conditions are shown on the order, checkout, or this website.
- Taxes, FX, and card-issuer fees may change the amount you are billed.
5. Prohibited use
- Unlawful use, or use that infringes others’ rights
- Abuse, overload, or interference with the Service
- Forging, reselling, or lending license keys
- Using the Service for fraud or other criminal purposes
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if you breach these Terms or we reasonably judge that continued use would harm the Service.
7. Changes and availability
We may suspend or change the Service for maintenance, security, or operations. Third-party outages may affect availability. Pro is a one-time license, but we do not guarantee it will keep working after future OS changes.
8. Intellectual property
All IP in the Service belongs to us or our licensors, except where law or a written grant says otherwise.
9. Data
Privacy and cookie practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We may use processors as needed to provide the Service.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided without warranties of fitness, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from defects, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections, including under Japanese law, still apply.
