OneFrame Pro is charged when checkout completes. There is no subscription or installment plan.
- Delivery

The app can be downloaded from this website immediately. Free works after download. The Pro license key is emailed to the purchase address after payment.
- Cancellation

OneFrame Pro is a one-time purchase, so there is no recurring-billing cancellation. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
- Refunds

We accept ordinary refund requests within 7 days of purchase. Material defects are handled reasonably with no time limit.
- Returns

This is a digital service, so there is no physical return after delivery, except where the law requires a refund.
