MiniPro (“we”) explains how we handle information for the OneFrame macOS app and this website. Other MiniPro products, such as Memolin, have their own policies.
Processing on your Mac
OneFrame manages windows on your Mac. It does not display ads or require an account. Release versions may send anonymous system information when checking for updates. You can turn this sharing off in Settings.
Accessibility permission
OneFrame uses macOS Accessibility APIs to identify, move, resize, activate, and restore only the application windows that you add to a stack. Window titles and application identifiers are stored locally in macOS user preferences so stacks can be restored. It does not transmit window titles, application identifiers, keyboard events, or diagnostic information to us or analytics.
Keyboard and pointer
While running, OneFrame observes the configured global shortcut and the pointer movement needed to keep the stack UI aligned during window moves and resizes. It does not record or store typed text, pointer history, or clipboard contents. Diagnostics are copied to the clipboard only when you choose Copy Diagnostics, and they exclude window titles.
Licensing and payments
If you activate OneFrame Pro, the app sends your license key and a Mac instance name over HTTPS so the license can be activated, validated, or deactivated. Payments and licensing are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never receive your credit card number. We receive your purchase email and payment status to manage your license. The license key, instance ID, and purchase email are stored securely in the macOS Keychain on this Mac, and Settings displays the email in masked form. Window titles and stack contents are never transmitted.
Software updates
Checking for updates contacts the Sparkle appcast URL configured in the app (oneframe.minipro.co). To estimate active installs, we record a hash of the connecting IP address together with the date (the IP address itself is not stored and cannot identify you across days). When system-profile sharing is enabled, the update check also includes anonymous system information — macOS version, Mac model, CPU and memory, preferred language, and app name and version — at most once per week, so we can see which systems OneFrame runs on. It contains no personal data or identifiers. You can turn this off in Settings; development builds do not check for updates. Licensing and updates are separate.
Removing data and your rights
Delete all stacks in the app before removing it, or remove the app’s preferences using macOS tools. Turning off system-profile sharing stops further transmission. Requests to access, correct, or delete purchase or support data can be sent to support@minipro.co. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Age
The Service is not directed to anyone under 13, or under a higher minimum age required where you live.
